4 weeks on 50mg and nearly 4 weeks on 100mg of Sertraline. What shall I do? Give it more time on this dose? Up my dose after four weeks? Or change medication?

Hi Dusty, I'd give it another 4 weeks. Mine was increased from 50 to 100mg two weeks ago and the GP told me recently that it takes up to 6-8 weeks to feel the benefit of the increase. It's very slow release and I had the same as you initially good and bad days. Now my mood on the whole is much better. Hope things improve x

try switching up your medication from night time to morning instead and see if that helps, as it can affect your sleep quite alot taking it at night before bed :-)
