Severe upper arm pain

Have had Frozen Shoulder now for a few months in my left arm . Anyone else find they had more pain in their upper Arm? . My shoulder was painful in first month but it's more stiff now . It's the pain in my arm around the biceps that especially on movement is severe . Is this normal ? I hear a lot about pain in shoulder but not in arm . 😞😞

    Hi Teresa yes I have severe pain in upper left arm since Saturday. Cannot move my arm put my coat on or clothes on.  I have been diagnosed with rotator cuff tendinitis.  Was having physio but I’m not sure if I have injured it or not but pain is unbearable will have to see my doctor it’s so bad

    I had pain in different areas of my arms. Biceps at first then down in wrists. Try a massage. I went once a week for a couple months and pain is almost gone. Still go once a month now and have almost full mobility back. I did also take glucosamine, fish oil and collagen pills.  No doctors or physical therapy.

    Yes, Teresa -- definitely more pain in the upper arm/deltoid area.  I've been doing PT twice per week since early December, and have been experiencing increased strength, less pain, and greater range of motion in the shoulder, BUT it's slow going!  Very frustrating - sending healing vibes!! biggrin
