    Hi Estrella

i just turn 53 and yes my anxiety it's killing me, im afraid of everything ,like going on long driving trips and of flying, I'm always afraid of something bad is going to happen to my kids, and I don't want to take any medication, I don't sleep well and one more thing to add to my list that I just notice is my hair is falling a lot that's getting me super nervous, and yes I do get shaky hands it's so bad that I can't take any pictures on the cell phone because I shake too much. I just hope I go back to myself, I was such a normal person.

If any of the ladies are losing their hair and know of something I can use pass it on. Thanks

It's refreshing to hear a gynae specialist say that! especially a man! So many gynae's are so up their own arses & belittle the problems & concerns of patients. Was it your own gynaecologist that said this? xxx

We have a clinic in our town that specialises in fertility, endometriosis an menopause... the head is a wonderful man that seems to understand exactly wht we going through... I attended a tea Sat where there spoke about all aspects of womanhood...... not my Gynae but I will be going to see them as my Gynae just says it's part of woman hood you must deal with would nt give HRT. ......

Great you can go to that clinic instead of your regular gynae who sounds just like i described many of them - too far up their own arses!!! xx

I've been using Ginger root it's working you have to cut the root the Peel it take a knife poke at it so the juice starts to come out then rub the thinning areas it's worth a try everyone is different good luck
