hello beth, i often get the shakiness, tremors & tingling and dont know that I'm short of anything as i take all the vitamins you mention so just put it down to another meno symptom. i also get the ear fullness that can last for weeks and makes me feel off balance, very weird and dont think these two symptoms are related. it can all be so debilitating at times when it all comes at once and i feel for you beth. sorry i dont have a magic answer to help but just wanted to reply to let you know your not alone. i think im getting more used to it after 10 years, hope its not around for you that long .
take care

i totally understand i too was so afraid to leave my safe haven i couldn't even go down the road without getting the jelly legs. im much better now but still can only manage small shops. i can only last a short time in them then want to get out. its horrible isnt it and no one would understand what were going through.
you will improve but you have to be brave and push yourself then when you've done it you will be so proud of yourself

Hey Beth...
Happy Holidays to you & your family, as well... Now to the business at hand: I, too, have experienced the shakiness; chalk it up to ANOTHER menopausal symptom! It is absolutely horrific and scary, to say the friggin least! I think it is ANXIETY overload & hormonal imbalance @ their finest. It too.. will pass! Make sure you are staying hydrated during this TUMULTUOUS time of your life. Be well, my menopausal sistah!

You're very welcome, Beth. That's why I absolutely love this forum, we are ALL helping each other get through the meno trios in one piece, and with our SANITY intact, as well.

I have an external twitch in my face, Tracy. I can see it when I smile. It's so worrying. My doctor says it's anxiety, but who knows. I just wish it would stop. I sympathise, it's so awful x

mine are external not internal. yes I've had vitamins checked, ferritin is low but supplementing as I have heavy periods. I've read other posts on this site with women having shaking so praying it's just peri related. 🙏🙏

Mine are external and internal. I also have low ferritin, which my dr says is what's causing it...along with anxiety. The anxiety is brought on by worrying about all these peri symptoms. It's never ending x
