Hi there Beth,
I hear you about the internal vibrations. It's so annoying isn't it, and honestly makes me anxious when I wasn't intending to be. I think caffeine and fatigue exacerbates it; coupled with palpitations and headaches, I am not a happy camper:(
Re ear fullness -- do your ears or jaw ache? Consider getting checked for temporomandibular joint disorder (a dentist or oral surgeon can do that). You might be unconsciously grinding or clenching your teeth and most ENTs will overlook this. Hang in there X

I know:( When you put them all together, it can be so overwhelming.
I re-read what you wrote earlier and saw you mentioned gum chewing. Perhaps consider stopping that until you get your jaw checked out. Chewing gum and other chewy or hard things really stresses the jaw joint, so try not to. And be conscious of whether your teeth are touching -- did you know your teeth should never touch except when you are eating? One thing to try is positioning your tongue just behind your top teeth -- it helps keep your teeth a little apart.
Do your tremors feel worse at certain times, or you feel them all the time? Do you think they could be related to GERD?

the termors is getting more frequent for the past 3 weeks im not sure if its related with my gerd i had endoscopy 2yrs ago it showed inflammation . I tried few meds didn't help it lowered my B12 instead . I have seen naturopathic , holistic approach drs both of them gave me tons of supplements tried few and no improvement on my health π. Thank you for your advice cat .

Hang in there dear. I happen to be seeing my gynae today and will let you know what he says. Do you sometimes think it feels like that feeling when you are really hungry that you start to shiver and feel weird?

not really I have tried to observe why it happens if it is while hungry or caffeine intake , my A1C is in normal range it happens any time of the day without no specific reason . Good luck with your appointment .

Beth! I thought to let you know how my appointments went to hopefully help you and allay your fears.
So you know I saw the gynae; I also saw the neurologist. All the test results from my gynae appointment are all fine, praise God; he did a renal panel as well, to check sugar, kidneys etc -- that was fine too. The reproductive hormone levels have changed much since a year ago, and are now officially at menopausal level.
The upshot of the neurologist visit was that the vibrations were from nerve instability resulting from sleep deprivation/fatigue and/or stress. Also possibly low iron (I'm vegetarian by the way). So these might be things you want to consider. I've been improving my sleep and also my hydration -- I've been using an app to keep track of how much water I drink, and I used to think I was hydrating enough every day, but apparently I'm barely halfway there! -- and the vibrations are pretty much gone.
I hope this helps in some way and that you are feeling better X

Thank you for the update Cat , i had my physical ck up this week and all tests came out normal glory to almighty God . The internal turmor is a bit subsided this week especially today im totally different healthy person , couldn't believe it , i hope and pray it continue this way fear consume me because of my roller coaster unhealthy days , i have the tracking app in my fitbit i will consider to monitor my water intake . I eat plant based most of the time since we are vegetarian our b12 might get low so we need to supplement Have a blessed rest of your weekend dear .

Oh praise God! Yes I think stress has a lot to do with it; the neurologist did say that when you are often all tensed up, especially for a long time, it can affect you physically this way. So let's try to just cast our cares on the Lord and keep reminding ourselves that it's just hormones and part of this natural life transition π You notice the more relaxed and laid-back you are about it, the less you notice any discomforts!
