I went through that in my 40's. One day legs... shaking so bad. I sat on the floor and did a old left, right Yoga position, gentle spine twist. I stood up and a 'egg size' like thing popped out of me; it bounced on the floor, was like a piece of rubber. Then a lot of blood poured out on the floor. A fibroid? After that no more shaking.

Sometimes shake some, nervous before those Peri-menopause 'on and off lot, then scanty' periods with cramps, pinching in left abdomen.

A older relative said in her 50's abdomen so swollen people walk up to her asking if she is pregnant. One day helping her father lift heavy rocks in the garden; it caused a FINAL period. Bled for rest day, and night like gushing sometimes. Was scared and said if not better in morning shes going hospital.

if was gone in morning and she was ok. Told me weak, fatigue in past, hands blue, lot work taking care f the old ladies in town; it was low iron. Took her advice and it helped my strange extreme fatigue.

    Hi Beth,

I'm currently going through what you're feeling. I have been on Bio-identical HRT as I had a hysterectomy in 2001 and a couple of months ago decided to come off starting with the testosterone. About a month after stopping I started having very vivid dreams and a very unsettling feeling in my head almost like a vibration. This alone is causing my anxiety to be almost out of control because I wasnt sure what was causing it. I've never felt like this before. I did realize that if I take my anxiety medicine, it goes away! I'm curious if anyone else is dealing with these symptoms after coming off HRT. I hope you feel better soon!!
