Sharp chest pains when I breathe in

This is a strange one everytime I breathe in I'm getting these horrible very sharp pains that I have to sit down! It's only when I breathe in and they last for about 1 minute!! It's freaking me out I want to go to a&e but people are saying I don't need to! Now the nausea pains & wretching have started its scaring me what if it's a heart attack or something?

    thats another classic sympton of anxiety. I had that and being a former smoker and a fair bit of a hypercondriac immediately put it d9wn t9 lung cancer. But no, a mind trick of anxiety

    Hi there Steph , yes i experience this to and only being 16 yikes ! I have been for ECG's the lot and my heart is fine even though I'm getting these pains when I breath in , don't know how it works but I got told by the doctor it's basically stress of having anxiety and this is the main result of it. Hope this helps

    Hey Steph,

    Sometimes my anxiety does this to me, have you seen your doctor to see if you can get checked out for reasurance?

      I've been Drs my mum said that's it's all in my head which I know it is just scary that's all
