Should I go to the Doctor

So today is my 5th day on the upped dose of 50mg from 37.5mg but I feel worse than ever.  Should I make an appointment and go see my doctor.  I am more irritable and having more panic attacks than I was on 37.5mg?

woke up this morning again at 4AM couldn't get back to sleep just laid there think about all the bad things.  Then when I finally get up I start coughing and feel like I have to throw up.  I get something to eat then take my pill.  I feel like this will never end I used to enjoy sleeping and now I fear it.

I hope so, not starting the day on a good note and destroy the rest of the day. I hope these side effects leave soon.

Im having a bad day to, and sometimes i wonder if i will ever get back to my old self but we have to have a positive attitude and just keep busy, but thats easier said than done when the tablets make you so tired.

I agree I don't know sometimes if it's the meds or me but my stomach drives how I feel, yesterday I had a decent day today I feel nauseas and tired and jittery.

Yes I agree I see improvement just not as much as I would like and I also hope this isn't the life I have to live from now on it would be nice to enjoy sleeping again and not worrying about my tummy.

Dr called me yesterday to set up a time on Tueday to talk about the mess and the other stuff I am dealing with. I hope he can shed some light on the morning nausea and stomach problems I feel like it's been going on to long now. I feel as though if these are side effects they should have settled down a little bit by now.

Hi Richard , it will be interesting to hear what the doctor suggests.  Have you got a self hypnosis CD you could listen to when you wake up early in the morning? This might help you relax and might even get you back to sleep. My brother sent me one and its been a great help to me, i just put head phones on and get lost in it, it takes your mind of your tummy.

I do have one that I listen to at night to fall asleep, I find it funny how when people come to the house my stomach starts to turns. I do chalk it up to anxiety I just don't know how I developed this people anxiety.
