Should I still get it looked at even if it appears to be healing?

My mole on the side of my neck started bleeding last Saturday, it's ok now and yesterday, just a little sore and red around the mole.

Still small, can't remember rubbing it, but it started off with seeing blood on my neck collar, then dark flaky dry skin from the mole that itch, after touching it, it bled..

Should I still get checked even if it appears to be healing a little with no more bleeding?

Last time this happened was 4 years ago.

With Corona virus around the area, I still got a persistent cough.

If you are in UK you can phone your doctor and talk to someone about it. Tell them you have a cough as well. Alternatively call 111 and talk to them about your cough. They may ask you to go to a testing centre.

Wherever you are, yes, that mole should be checked out as soon as possible. Any mole that itches,is flaky and bleeds is a cause for concern even if you have had it for 4 years or more.
