Shoulder Blade Pain

So been having really bad shoulder blade pain the last few months, this pain has also been radiating through my right breast, i have been using voltarol but its not touching the pain, the pain is in the same place all the time its almost like someone is pinching me in one spot or putting pressure in the same spot, it is also making me a little breathless but doesnt hurt when i cough etc, i dont know if i am worrying over nothing but i am in agony and scared its something more sinesta like breast/lung cancer, of course doctor google threw me a curve ball and said that a lady was diagnosed with cancer because of the pain she had in her right shoulder blade x
