Sinus Infection-An effective treatment
Posted , 19 users are following.
I was a chronic sinus sufferer for 50 years, and was treated by many specialists, with limited long term improvement. Cortorised nose cavity treatment twice, gave temporary relief, but the sinus problem returned. I relied on the normal treatments, such as anti-histamines, sinutabs, Avil retards, nasal sprays and drops, plus analgesics, for temporary relief, on a perpetual basis. It was a never ending saga, with no prospect of improvement. My sinuses were particularly affected by high humidity, weather changes, kapok dust, plant pollens, cigarette smoking, and some foods such as nitrates and eggs. I had to leave the coast and live inland to get relief from high humidity. At age 65 I found a complete cure, with absolutely no sinusitis, and no hayfever. The answer to my problem was simply taking one evening primrose capsule each day. This treatment worked the first day. Evening Primrose oil works by desensitising the nervous system, including the nostrils and sinuses. No hayfever, no sinusitis, no drugs required. I took one evening primrose capsule each day for twelve months, in order to prevent a recurrence of the problem, and to desensitise the sinuses fully. Now I only take an evening primrose capsule if I am in a particularly challenging situation, such as in a smoking environment, or in a humid location on the coast. This was a miracle cure for me, after a lifetime of intense perpetual sinus problems, with regular debilitating headaches, even after taking sinus tablets and strong analgesics. Give this treatment a try if you suffer from hayfever or sinusitis. You may be as surprised as I was.

I just realised that you are still relying on antihistamine tablets for your sinusitis cure. In my experience the Evening Primrose Oil is a complete cure and eliminates the need for antihistamines.
Evening Primrose Oil desensitises the nervous system, so that it does not react to normal irritants that are causing the allergic reaction.
Consequently, it should overcome the need for antihistamines, or any other treatment. Try it alone, and it may just work.
Regards Ray.

As you ask the question, I will give you the complete storey regarding Evening Primrose Oil.
It was a chilly day in Dubbo, when a mate was standing outside the church without any warm clothing. I questioned this behaviour and he explained.
Taking Salmon Oil and Evening Primrose Oil gave him extra warmth and he did not need a jumper.
A few weeks later I purchased some Evening Primrose capsules, to give them a try.
Wow, I can only describe the results as a miracle. Immediate relief from chronic sinusitis after 50 years perpetual suffering.
I thank the lord every day, and now make it my mission to spread the word to other sufferers.
I believe that anyone with an allergy problem will get great benefit from this product, in the same way that I have.
Best regards Ray.

Thank you Raymond for sharing. Was well received. There's no harm in trying as we've all tried worse medications antibiotics which just leaves you in an utter mess. This is all natural and would have a more gentler effect on our bodies. I would definitely share as I know a bunch of fellow sufferers who would want to experience relief and much needed hope in their longsuffering.
God bless.

I'm been so unwell with this for 3 weeks I've seen this and I have asked for my GF to get some for me in Sainsbury's the only stuff they had was called "womens" primrose oil with Vitamin E. I've just taken one - I already take cod liver oil and have been for 2 years

The Evening Primrose Oil that I use is readily available at supermarkets and chemists in Australia. The 1000 mg capsule that I use has a specific note “ Women’s Health “, and it is promoted as a relief for PMT.
It is a cure for many ailments, as it desensitises the body’s nervous system, and relieves pain. For allergic complaints like hayfever and sinusitis it has a primary action in preventing the reaction, rather than relieving the pain.
It consequently works in a completely different way to normal treatments, which simply treat the problem when it occurs, or stop the histamine reaction to the allergy. There is simply no adverse reaction.
As long as you are taking 1000 mg of Evening Primrose Oil daily you are on the right treatment. The vitamin E addition is a benefit also, though it may be much more expensive.
Kind Regards Ray.

Hello Raymond,
I've been suffering with sinus issues (constant congestion that switches from one nostril to the other, nasal pressure, sneezing, etc.) for years and came across your post. Although I do not yet feel a major difference, I will continue to take it in hopes that it will ease my sinus issues. I have been taking the Evening Primrose oil first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. From your experience, how do you take it? On an empty stomach, anytime during the day, with a meal?
Thanks.

I find that it does not matter what time of day you take Evening Primrose Oil, for it to be effective. However I normally take it after the evening meal. It may take a while to get the full benefit, but there will be some benefit to the nervous system regardless. Perhaps you are coming in contact with some irritating matter that causes constant problems. I find that cigarette smoke should be completely avoided, and some food preservatives such as nitrates and particularly MSG must also be avoided. I am sure that there is something in your daily routine that is continually aggravating your system.
I trust that you will find a benefit from Evening Primrose Oil, and hope it is a cure for your problem.
Kind regards, Ray.

Just another thought regarding EveningPrimrose Oil.
I recently found a batch of Evening Primrose Oil that was not performing normally, so perhaps you should try a different brand and see if it works properly.
I find Cenovis Brand is a good one in Australia, but no doubt you have different brands in your country.
I treat our staffy dog with an Evening Primrose Oil 1000 mg capsule daily, to overcome a perpetual skin itch problem, and it is very effective. However it was suddenly ineffective so I changed brands and overcame the problem. So it is possible to get a faulty product.
I would have otherwise not known it was faulty.
Try another brand. It may be successful.
Kind Regards, Ray.

only thing that has helped me slightly since going down with this is vistamethasone drops down my nose - I'm still having dizzy spells but feel stronger. I am also taking the even primrose oil also along with fish oil / and multivitamins to try and boost my whole system up. odd thing is it has never been a runny rose with mine

Yes this is a universal product well suited to anybody. It has been promoted for “Women’s Health”, simply because it also is useful to relieve PMT pain.
It is a very effective treatment to desensitise the nervous system and reduce pain and allergic reactions. It does not affect mental ability in any way, as it is not a drug. It simply reduces allergic reactions to irritations that would normally cause hayfever, rhinitis and sinusitis. It is always important to avoid obvious irritants such as cigarette smoke and MSG in food, and anything else in the food line such as nitrates. I was extremely allergic to kapok, but fortunately this product is no longer common in bedding.
Give Evening Primrose Oil a good trial. It is simple, cheap, and extremely effective.
Regards, Ray.
