I ended up going to my doctor who said he was unsure as well, but may be tonsil that has formed in the wrong place. He said he is pretty certain it is not cancerous or dangerous but has referred me to see an ENT specialist next week so I will find out more then. I will post back on here and let you know what he says! I feel better having seen my doctor though I think it is nothing we really need to worry about too much. Hope that helps.

Turns out to be nothing! Doctor said its just an extra bit of tissue and nothing to worry about, just the way my mouth is.
Probably the same for you but get it checked out if you are worried! Im glad I went.

I seem to have the same thing. Trying to get it checked but it's pretty hard with the pandemic right now as no one wants to see you face to face.
