Small red bumps appeared yesterday on labia now it’s white please help!!!

yesterday night around 9 when i woke up i got this burning feeling down below i went to go look and there was a red bump or sore i cant tell because ive never had this before so i went to the hospital and he said they wouldnt consider it to be herpes but they would understand why i would think that so i get my results tomorrow i believe im so scared i really just want to know how i cant wait another day or two please help meimageimageimage
