I know as we get older our bodies do change. But, my goodness, does our I am sorry I will just put out there, will our vaginas get smaller?

    Where in Britain can you get good information and get prescribed these bio - identicals Jude?  I would love to try.

      There is vast amounts of information on the internet. Just like you found this healthboard website you can find good doctors with knowledge into bio identicals in your area too. Now some do have to travel to get to a doctor that specializes in this field but it can be done. When I was looking into it I thought I was going to have to drive 3 1/2 hours to get to a doctor with know how. Turns out I didn't because I did searches on what I was looking for. You too can do it.  I am in the states and insurance does not cover holistic or alternative drs or the bio identical prescriptions but let me tell you, for me it is money in the bank. Your health and happiness for the rest of your life is a good investment to make. Many people are dettered from going the non insurance route because sure its nice to have the insurance pay but there is far too many doctors out there that don't know what they are doing when it comes to women and menapause and the proper hormone treatment to make it successful. Many doctors are still prescribing synthetic hormones and they know what the past results have been using synthetics.  So in saying that, its great to have insurance that will pay but what good is it if you go to someone who doesn't know what their doing and you don't feel any better or possibly even worse.       all what you said is so true....just sad that insurance will not cover holistic naturopath doctors.  They know how to treat us naturally.  I too am in the states here in the US.  We are in Virginia. Where are you?

      Yes seems Holistic drs know what to do far better than mainstream doctors for sure. I live in Michigan.
