So scared

Don't know if I should post this or not, really don't want to worry anyone.  But I really need help right now.  I'm feeling so suicidal, I'm scared.  Don't trust myself.  Don't know what to do.  Where to get help.  Scared of phoning anyone as don't want police involved again like last Monday.  So sorry.  Just desperate right now.

      Hi Paul, I hope you are well? Right I have done some background work for you with your current situation earlier in this post you were questioning as to where you coul get a support solicitor from, so I did some detective work for you and got lots of information for you ( I do hope you don't think I'm intruding....... But you' sister in law cannot do this to you you are the child's father.......) so I put on my thinking cap and  started digging !!!. Right there is a specialist firm on google these soliciters deal specialy in medical background ( they specialise only in this so are more knowledgable than a normal soliciter) called avma.
