Solpadine withdraws

hi all I'm 37 days off solpadine and was doing good ,but got a bad flu and today I just got up and took just one .Does this mean that I'm going to be back to square one again. God I hope this does not mean I've to start all over again .

    Hi Teresa.There is no way you are back to being addicted taking 1 solpadeine.Perhaps take a flu plus or cold plus tablet next time.I would imagine you have beaten any codeine addiction totally. Well done.I wish I could do it!
