I am verynsorry to hear that and am sure some of whats happeneing is connected as that is a very stressful thing for the mind and body to,gothrough.  Have you seen your GP about this yet?

I am so very sorry for your loss.  I'm sure your hormones are all over the place.  Hopefully someone will have some good advice for you.

I have seen the gp numerous times which isn't like me at all im usually such a strong person usually nothing bothers me but lately I don't feel like me they just say I'm anxious I just don't get why and can it really make you feel like this

So sorry for your loss.  That is a heartbreaking story.  Find out if you possbly have vestibular neuritis.  That's what I have and you're describing how I feel.  Maybe it's unrelated to your tragedy.

That's ear related yeah ? I went doctors two weeks ago she prescribed me stemetil but said she didn't think it would help as she doesn't think it's related to anything like that my ears were blocked a couple of weeks ago have dealt with that but I get a buzzing in my ear now and again they just look at me like I'm mad when I say anything to them and they can't wait to get rid of me well that's how it feels

They just say it's all symptoms of anxiety so I looked on Google bad move completely frightened my self I was/am going to die how stupid is that 😭😭😭

Yeah the internet is not always your friend.  My thought is that you should spend time listening to relaxing music and finding something that brings you joy to concentrate on.  Those of us with long-term vestibular issues all have different ways to cope and that is one of mine.

I really think you should have it checked out.  If you're getting tinnitus it might be something with your inner ear system.  It take forever to get a diagnosis.  You sometimes travel from dr to dr until someone figures it out.  Try and Otologist.

The buzzing isn't as bad as it was is much better as is the dizzy that's not often now it's more so the heavy head otologist what is that 🙈😂I will mention it to them next time I go

Isnt there a charity that helps women after losing a baby? Seem to have one in my mind somewhere. Maybe they would be more helpful and get you onto, the right path.
