Someone tell me I'm not mad

Since March ( lost a baby at 20 weeks ) I've been bad random dizzy days the most awful feeling or a heavy head if that makes sense I stress about the most stupid of things and my mind is constantly on the go from the minute I open my eyes I feel horrid I just want my life back I'm back to work but get worked up really easy over daft things and always thing something is wrong with me maybe because I was so poorly after the baby I don't know going out etc isn't a problem is just random feelings and my mind won't settle 😭😭😭😭

    Well, you've just been through a lot. Depression can absolutely be a factor itself, as can hormone fluctuations. Both those things could cause your symptoms, and/or they can be worsening or bringing forth other issues like atypical migraine. I would think your hormones would stabilize over time. Meanwhile, maybe ask your Dr abt antidepressants that work for migraine prevention? Then you could be covered for both conditions. Also, a visit to an ENT would be helpful to get another opinion.

    I feel for you Speedychick81. I don't think you're going mad. I am a mature counselling student and it does sound that you are handling this emotional experience well, with support from those close to you. I have a young friend who went through a similar experience a few years ago. I would advise you talk to your GP and ask for a blood test, especially to check your vitamin B12, B9 and B6 levels. It may be useful if you look up the symptoms associated with defficiency in absorbing these (B12 especially), specifically in relation to pregnancy and miscarriages. My friend's test showed a deficiency and she improved quickly when diagnosed and started taking supplements. I hope this helps.
