Sore/blisters around vagina - HELP *picture*

I have painful blister-like sores around my vagina on a couple on my vaginal lips and I'm wondering a. how I can ease the pain/get rid of them and b. what they are.
Just to give a background on the last few weeks: I got a particularly back strain of tonsillitis a few weeks ago and was put on very strong antibiotics to clear it. After this I had a slight itch and touch of thrush which cleared up after taking a dose of pro-biotics. A week after the itch I shaved all my pubic hair, I stupidly didn't trim the hair before I did that. I had sex with my boyfriend after this, he's the only person I've been having sex with for 6 months and vice versa. I have experienced pain after having sex with him and some skin tears due to his and my size (he's quite large and I'm apparently smaller than average). I then got my period this week and started to feel irritation which was mild at first like usual grow-back irritation after shaving and then it progressed to quite irritant and painful - I'm assuming the pads I was using didn't help matters. To ease the irritation I was using an antiseptic cream which would typically be used for nappy rash.
When my period was done I examined myself and felt small bumps, first they were under the skin and are now over the skin and blister-like and some have popped and seeped. My vaginal lips are quite dry and there are a couple of pimple-like bumps on them which are quite painful. I soaked in a warm bath last night with a couple of drops of tea-tree oil, some baking soda and some E45 dermatological emollient bath oil and this seemed to help. When I woke up this morning the pain had eased slightly but the sores which had popped were crusted over with a yellow pus. I cleared this and the pus has not returned, but they are still painful. The pain seems to mostly be coming from the hairs that are growing back in the area irritating the sores. I have been using E45 dermatological (and alternately Salvon antiseptic) cream to ease the itching and give me some relief.
Basically, I'm looking for suggestions on how to ease this pain and clear the sores up. If anyone has had a similar issue and knows exactly what this is help would be greatly appreciated. From examining myself and researching STIs/STDs online it does not resemble anything I've seen but if anyone has a suggestion they are more than welcome!

On the 15th of April this year while having sex with a female of unknown status the condom broke but we continued. After we done I checked up google for symptoms of HIV so I could monitor myself. Everything felt okay until 27th of May, approximately 7 weeks later. I noticed I couple of unusual rashes like the ones described on the internet. I counted about just 12 of them just 3 on each arms and legs. The rashes went away after 4 days and came back after 1 week. Now this is the 9th week after my exposure and I'm getting these rashes much more than they were initially. But they don't stay more than 4-6 days, and don't itch.
Is it possible to be HIV positive cus all the sites from Google claim the rashes only appears around 2-4 weeks after, not 7-9 weeks like mine. Though I tested negative on the 4th of June but that was for fancy cuz I know about the window period.

Corn starch. Put corn starch everywhere down there. I'm currently having an outbreak and I've found great relief in cornstarch plus it helps to keep it dry down there so the sores can heal.

Hi! Please help me. I have a sudden bout of blisters around my genital area and it's gotten me really afraid and paranoid. The blisters are dark, and theyre like separately scattered blisters from butt to inner thigh.

Quick background: I'm 24 and I've only been with one person since I started being sexually active. We have a daughter who I breastfeed. Our last sexual contact was about two weeks ago.
I have asked him whether he had ever cheated on me and he said no. But he has had some previous history of sleeping around before we got into a relationship. He doesn't have symptoms at all of herpes or any std.
Could this be herpes?

Anna, the same thing happened to me. I got it from my boyfriend now but he has never had it. I got my first outbreak over a year ago, and I just got done having my second outbreak. Both times were miserable, and I don't do pain very well. I found that cornstarch was very soothing but you have to put it everywhere, and a lot. It also keeps it dry so you can heal faster. Go to your doctor asap, they will diagnose whatever it is and give you meds. Take the meds, they work!!! Your boyfriend should also go get his blood tested!

Hey, I bet you're getting tired of these things, but I have no idea what is going on with my genitals. There is a blister thing growing here, and its been here for about two days. Little background (just in case), I lats had sex about 3 weeks ago and nothing has happened before now, so I'm not entirely sure if this is a major problem or a minor one. It doesn't hurt or anything, its just been bothering me. I haven't gone to the doctor yet for financial reasons, but if I keep hearing that I should then I will. Here's a picture I took with my phone so I'm sorry if the quality sucks. (You'll have to forgive the pubs too, I have yet to trim)http://uploadpie.com/vWbRF

I really don't want to go to the doctor and kinda just wanna treat it on my own

Hi there,
Your bf could definitely have passed his cold sore on to you as genital herpes! Even if his cold sore had disappeared it could have still been active! You can treat this on your own but if it's quite bad you would need to go to the doctors to get medication (avior) I think it's called to help it disappear and to prevent other outbreaks. If you Google herpes it will tell you a few things in which you can do to help the sores.

Hi so I had sex with my ex back in January. There was a foul smell after but it went away. I'm assuming it was cus he's uncircumcised & bacteria went in as it was unprotected. Anyway I started having sex again in June a month ago. I started shaving my butt and cut myself. It became itchy and I would scatch it at night with my long nails. Then my mom said to put max strength benedryll gel on it so I did. By the end of the day it started to smell and hurt. I washed it with vagisil before and also switched back to this scent less soap for my vagina. I washed my butt and started freaking out cus I noticed red swollen hives on my vagina. I rinsed with vinegar and it burned, then I put an max strength antibiotic ointment and it just felt very swollen the next day and hard to walk. I went to urgent care and she asked if I had herpes since she noticed one bump with a little white on it. But she said everything just looked swollen and irritated. She wanted to test me for herpes and stds so I did bloodwork which I have to wait for. Point is I'm freaking the hell out. She gave me antibiotics as well as an ointment and told me to rinse with water. She said the gel wouldn't have caused it to be that red and irritated but it all looks very irritated now. It's just swollen but why would it be my butt and skin on my putter vag? Could this be herpes? If so, my new sexual partner hasn't had sex in a while like me. Who could've given me this? I'm just freaked out and any insight would help.

I also used men's scented shaving cream while shaving when I cut myself and it burned. Also, I checked again and there's no white pus or sores. It's literally a swollen vag and looks bumpy and irritated

Also I have never had anal sex and sores in my mouth. I just hope it isn't herpes. I would be devastated. I know people that have sex with the whole world & don't contract anything. It does hurt. It did smell infected in my butt area but no sores with white in it or blisters. I'm so confused as to what's happening.
