Sore/blisters around vagina - HELP *picture*

I have painful blister-like sores around my vagina on a couple on my vaginal lips and I'm wondering a. how I can ease the pain/get rid of them and b. what they are. 

Just to give a background on the last few weeks: I got a particularly back strain of tonsillitis a few weeks ago and was put on very strong antibiotics to clear it. After this I had a slight itch and touch of thrush which cleared up after taking a dose of pro-biotics. A week after the itch I shaved all my pubic hair, I stupidly didn't trim the hair before I did that. I had sex with my boyfriend after this, he's the only person I've been having sex with for 6 months and vice versa. I have experienced pain after having sex with him and some skin tears due to his and my size (he's quite large and I'm apparently smaller than average). I then got my period this week and started to feel irritation which was mild at first like usual grow-back irritation after shaving and then it progressed to quite irritant and painful - I'm assuming the pads I was using didn't help matters. To ease the irritation I was using an antiseptic cream which would typically be used for nappy rash. 

When my period was done I examined myself and felt small bumps, first they were under the skin and are now over the skin and blister-like and some have popped and seeped. My vaginal lips are quite dry and there are a couple of pimple-like bumps on them which are quite painful. I soaked in a warm bath last night with a couple of drops of tea-tree oil, some baking soda and some E45 dermatological emollient bath oil and this seemed to help. When I woke up this morning the pain had eased slightly but the sores which had popped were crusted over with a yellow pus. I cleared this and the pus has not returned, but they are still painful. The pain seems to mostly be coming from the hairs that are growing back in the area irritating the sores. I have been using E45 dermatological (and alternately Salvon antiseptic) cream to ease the itching and give me some relief.   

Basically, I'm looking for suggestions on how to ease this pain and clear the sores up. If anyone has had a similar issue and knows exactly what this is help would be greatly appreciated. From examining myself and researching STIs/STDs online it does not resemble anything I've seen but if anyone has a suggestion they are more than welcome!

    Hi. You need to get the blisters swabbed and checked. They are either genital herpes or Behcet's syndrome. A bad viral infection can bring out underlying auto immune disease. Behcet's is an auto immune disease which has ulceration as part of the disease profile. Get tested asap.

    I have this for a couple days now, it hurts, but I don't know if its genital herpes.

    It kind of hurts and burns a little bit. If anyone could help I would be so greatful

      Emily! I have EXACTLY what you have. It looks SPOT ON like what has just appeared on me 3days ago. I noticed yesterday that when I itched it(it has started to itch the most today) that it spread. So there are more spots that look just like yours. And they appeared in the same day. So that means they spread fast. I also am under the impression that I have a uti. Does your urine have an odd smell to it? Sounds weird I know, but that is main signifyer of uti. I do not know if these two things are connected, as I am under impression that I have had thiis uti for quite some time now. Also was told not to touch eyes or face etc even after washing. Got that info from this thread. But now have an irritation on outer cornerr of right eyelid that has become a little red and puffy. Has anyone else replied to your question? Your picture helped a lot. Mine hurt a little , but mostly itch and they sting is what I mean by hurt. There isn't rly any puss coming from them. I ALSO have come across a little bump when the spread occured, bump is on my vag lips. But the blister thing like u have is on my right outer side of clitoris. There are 3that Lookexactly the same and that is what started allthis. They have that little white coloring to them on the inside. Like a rug burn. Am mostly concerned with the spreading so fast and the itching, and the pain now on my right eyelid. As am really starting to believe this is a serious and a fast acting bacteria. I have a doctors appointment on Monday. I researched herpes and HPV warts and what we have looks nothing like those things. Please please let me know if anyone replies to your request and your picture? Am very desperate to know what this is as well. I have started taking daily doses of amoxicillin that my fried had left over to try and slow infection. I sudjest you find some antibiotic pronto as well. Do not touch face or eyes, wash hans, dont let urine touch sores. take Epsom salt baths and u tea tree oil. Diaper cream can help with soreness or sting if u have that. I have used that these past few days. Overall keep clean down there, change underwear constantly and try not to shave if my can help it until u get get a doctor. Could be from a shared razor? Have u been using a shared razor? I may have something that has to do with that so I'm not sure if u do. Noticed that u shave. I will continue to do research and if you hear something before me please let me know. And same thing goes with me about notifying you

      I and another users thought it looked like herpes, and another user suggested a visit to the doctor.

      If you have something very similar, than I think you should see a doctor too.

      You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.

      If you could update this thread and tell us what the doctors say, it would be appreciated.  Good luck.

    I have a big round, sac feeling bump. Its kind of flat but raised. Its soft but at times its very hard. It hurts really bad. This morning when I tried to bust it a white, chunky kind of puss came out then bled. Now it looks like a sore. Does that mean I have herpes? I have a Dr. Appt today at 3 but I'm just so anxious.

    Can someone please help is this possibly genital herpes... it came up a few weeks ago after I shaved looked like an I growing hair so I picked it.. it has since gone like this seems like a 1 large slit shaped sore. Gets yellow scabs around the edges. Has got slightly bigger and inflamed this last week have no other sores anywhere else.. how do I post a picture?

    hey everyone,I have had really bad std anxiety for the past three months after having a one night stand with a shady guy . I've got tested 4 times for every std in the past 2 months and came up clean. I was on a lot of antibiotics at the time so i was having constant yeast infections , i started having feelings of bugs crawling on  my genitals but i went to 8 different doctors and they all told there was no lesions so the crawling sensations was due to the yeast irritating mywas due to the yeast , and some of them diagnosed me with genitally -focused anxiety and my gyno diagnosed me with vulvodynia. 3 days ago, i finally noticed something that looks like a lesion but its on my thigh and is not itchy or painful. it's also extremely small i probably would not have noticed it if i constantly didnt have a mirror down there. it's been the same size since three days ago. The sti clinic in my city is not open till tuesday so i have to wait to get it swabbed but whats

    the verdict? one photo is extremely zoomed in and the other photo is the actual size

    I am 32 weeks pregnant & I have a sore located right on the inside of my vagina lip. Some burning when I urinate. Never had anything like this at all. Noticed it Friday evening & it's Tuesday. My Dr appointment isn't til Thursday. What can I do for now to ease the comfort cuz I don't really have. Much pain. & I'm not sure what it is.

    Ok, reading all of this had me nervous. I'm 18 I a few days ago realised that when I went to use the bath room I had horrible pain. Now a few days later I have painful sores down there. I don't know what to do. I don't have a ob. I only have my regular doctor. But it hurts so bad to like sit up or move.

    Can someone PLEASE help me. I went running without underwear the night before last and I felt my new leggings sort of scraping the side of my vagina a little. So when I got home and showered I noticed a pretty big dark red spot. I went to the dr and she said she wanted to "rule out herpes" but that just made me so anxious. I'm waiting on the results of a swab. Can anyone pleas help me. It's now smaller and kind of circular, and it's on the side of my labia. It's pale and has a kind of reddish ring still but the inside is getting paler. Could be scabbing over from major chafing or something terrible. Is there a way to post photos?!
