sore spot on right pectoral major for 4 month's? ???

I'm 38 year old female. Back in June I noticed what I would call a sore spot on chest muscle. I spend a great deal of time with rounded shoulders looking down at phone. I don't really feel it so much if I am up moving a round. Feel it more sitting if I'm on my phone alot or in the bed I'm a side sleeper. I can feel it sometimes with a deep breath or cough. Some days I dont feel it at all. Ibeprophen takes the pain away. My chiropractor feels it from my rounded shoulders. Stretching it out helps some to. Is it normal to have chest soreness for 4 months. This is right sided and does not feel at all to have anything to do with my heart. Thanks!

My pain is center and right side of chest which appears when I strectch my body upward or take deep breadth or change my position while sleeping.

I've been feel the same kind of thing for months... I first began noticing mine in December and around this time my grandfather passed away and I had a health scare that turned out to be nothing. I contributed this chest pain to just anxiety and stress. Now I it's been awhile so I'm wondering what it is.. Mine is a pain between the center of my chest and my right breast(I'm a male just don't know how else to say it) just above my nipple. Sometimes I can press on the rib right there and it will cause pain others it won't. When I feel the pain it's when I move my right arm across my chest, roll over in bed, and other motions like that. Like you've said some days I feel it with every move and then I'll go a week or more where I don't feel anything regardless of what I do. I also have very poor posture( my girlfriend calls me a hunchback) and I use phone/ computers a lot. I'm also scared to go to the doctor... have you found out anything?

I found this whilst googling my symptoms and I have the same thing. Did any of you ever get this resolved?

I know this thread is pretty old but I have started having these same things happen to me over the past 4 months. Slight pressure on top of my.right pectoral, no coughing or shortness of breathe, not coughingnanything up. was attending google University when I
I have been to the Dr several times, heart and vascular clinics and none have been able to help. I have had EKGs, ultrasounds, and x rays all came back normal. Blood tests done over the last few months and results were I had slightly high BP, iron deficiency and vitamin D3 levels were low. have been taking medications for 3 months now and it hasn't really helped.
It isn't really painful, just more like a dull ache sometimes when I move the right side of my body. I can move my arm and feel it and when I try to mimic the movements to see if I can feel it again and i most of the time I can't feel it again. It isn't a constant ache. just every now and then I feel a slight pressure. its more annoying than painful.
I also have horrible posture. always looking down at phones and computers for work. This before i started feeling it I did put up 150' of brand new fence by myself. I'm wondering if tore something.
Has anyone found relief from this yet?
