That looks a lot better.  The foreskin still looks swollen though.  How long did they tell you to use it for, and has a doctor seen it since you started using the cream?

Use the cream till 10th. Then stop.

Looking back I had been using a Savalon cream

which is white. I wondered if that was why the foreskin was  white?

Swelling of foreskin is a lot better..

      thanks for for the comment.

Circuumcision should be a last resort. It will reduce your pleasure considerably.

Savlon is an antiseptic cream as far as I know. OK as a preventive anti-bacterial. The cream your doctor gave you probably contains anti-biotics, which are more likely to kill bacteria that are already established. Steroid cream should help swelling and reduce blood supply.

Have you worked out why you tend to have this problem? Maybe you just need to be more thorough with washing, use moisturiser daily or use lube for self-pleasuring.

      Thanks for the comment.

Yes, the probable cause is not being thorough enough in washing ..... advice is to wash underneath foreskin every day....,

Apparently numbers of men with this condition is high.

Maybe I should create a health advice video for men.

      Put it on You Tube.

I also meant to add a image which shows one side of

my penis has a short section where the skin is snagged to the head.

Can I get that removed (cut) so it the same as the other side which is normal.

(Sorry about pics, not easy to phototograph yourself).

That's a fairly significant adhesion.  Surgery would be possible, and I suspect it should have happened years ago as it may have contributed to the BXO, but there's a chance you may need a circumcision now anyway.  You'll have to see what a urologist says, but in your position, I'd want the least invasive surgery possible, even if it meant risking further surgery later.  Your foreskin still looks very swollen though, so circumcision may be the only option though.

If you haven't already seen a urologist, I suspect your GP will refer you to one when you see him on Thursday.

      Thanks for the quick reply.

having searched the web I too thought

      it was an 'adhension.'

Last tab this week then I'll make an appointment

      for GP.

Penis not causing any problems re water etc

but having a few sleepless nights with wondering

how long the waiting list will be.

Currently 40 days for a euroligist.

I hadn't realised yu had adhesion as well. Has it always been like that? If so, what would the rationale for circumcision? Maybe you could live with the partial foreskin retraction. At least you would retain the pleasure nerve endings rather than risk the surgery removing vital skin. As long as you keep clean, there's no reasom in my view that the infection would recur.

      First appeared in 2015.

i saw a doctor who put me a steroid cream 0.5.

it didn't change, didn't cause any problem re erections, passing water etc

i decided to go back the other week. That doctor diagnosed BXO but that was

only looking at it. I'm not sure that is right now. Think you need a blood test to confirm BXO.

A partial circumcision would be better than a full one.

That adhension has never moved since 2015.

i read a piece on the net today written by a UK  euroligist.

he was saying Adhensions can be removed in an office

      procedure and simply cut.

      not requiring a full operation.

I assumed it had always been there.  It doesn't look like a regular adhesion, so it may not be as straightforward to fix it.  I hope you can see a urologist soon.
