Sore under foreskin

I have a slight pianful problem under my foreskin. It is sore, red.  A slight red sore is there.  Any ideas? I am seeing doctor today.

    Update:

    Just had a telephone consultation with head GP 

    in our surgery. 

    He said he doesn't think it is BXO as I don't have all the symptoms ie no white spots,

    no problems passing water.

    He mentioned another condition that can flare up. Then patient manages

    it with Steroid Cream as and when needed.

    Update againt when I see Dr. on 21st August.

      Interesting.  Is there any itching?  Can you remember the other condition he mentioned?

      Thanks for keeping intouch.

      No, no itching. Which is a major system in BXO.

      Didn't write it down. 

      Will post it when I get it from reception 

      next week, then will post it here.

      Also I found some images of patients with BOX and  their penis foreskin had gone completely white,
