Okay ladies, I just woke up and raised my head and the room started spinning...just like when you are drunk. It only lasted 30 seconds, but the panic attack it caused is still going on. I've never experienced anything like that before and I just finished my period yesterday. No new medications or anything. I am on the verge of tears. I just went back to work. I need to be normal.

iv also had this on and off for years it use to happen when i was having a heavy period but havnt had them now for 7 yrs and hit peri and its come back i woke up at 5am this morn and my head was spinning for a few seconds then settled down but i feel off balance all the time iv tryed everything but mine is so random i can have it for a few days or weeks or months at a time its horrid iv been told its everything from my neck as i have crumbling disks to high blood pressure to bppv but when i have it it makes my anxiety worse which also only came with peri so good luck in feeling yourself soon iam still also waiting for that day big hugs xx
