Spots and pimples

Has anyone noticed they keep getting lots of spots or pimples etc whilst on this medication? Ive been getting a lot and some of them are sore

    Hi. I have just started taking Citalapram a couple of weeks ago and started getting small red spots on my stomach. They aren't itchy, and look midgey bites but im sure they cant be. Does this sound like what anyone else has had? Thank you.
