Spots on penis head

I've got some spots on my penis head under my foreskin. Been there for a few months and it's not an std. any one have any ideas ?

    It won’t let me add more pictures but after putting in MSM Tyson glands pictures come up that look similar. Never had MSM but my searches led to this.

      What do you mean by "MSM" ?  It would normally stand for "men who have sex with men" in a medical context, but that doesn't seem to make sense in your post, and Tyson's glands aren't related to sexual partners anyway.
