My recent results showed Gleason 9-4/5   T3B.  N1A.     I know about Gleason but can anybody explain in simple English not Dr talk  T3B  N1A ?           Washie

    I can tell any man how to prevent Prostate Cancer, just ask me. This is no joke, Jusat a well kept secret that doctors all know the answer~!

      Hi Washie how are you going?

      my dads Gleason score is 5+4 I know it's a Gleason score of 9, but different from 4+5 . Hormone therapy has really kicked in my dad feeling very tired and having hot sweats, he said he feels like he is going to pass out, do you know if this is normal?

      Lisa.  Feeling tired,hot sweats go along with HT.  I never feel like passing out.         Best wishes
