has any one developed stomach issues and feeling generally ill whilst taking escitalopram ? i have been on it for years and a couple of years ago started feeling ill. Just wondered if you can suddenly get adverse effects even if i have been on them years

its very up and down Beth - the past few days I've noticed I've been getting very tired, but I'm just pushing through - nausea hasn't been too bad today, actually managed to eat some lunch!! Its been almost 4 weeks now - how about you - still tapering ?
