I would definitely avoid fried foods while you are in digestive crisis....and also dairy. Wait a while, eliminating ALL dairy...even the tiny bit in your morning tea. Replace it with almond or coconut milk which are delicious and have as much calcium as milk. Your insides will thank you for it.

The result of this is that many (most?) humans cannot tolerate milk. It's not usually an allergy but an intolerance. We dont' have 4 stomachs and so milk is highly indigestible and we suffer if we drink it...or eat other dairy products. Some people get diarrhea, like me if I drink more than a bit. Others get very mucosy and get post nasal drip, resulting in coughing...like me.
I suggest that you stop ingesting all dairy until your digestive issues settle down. Buy almond or coconut milk. It's delicious. And take probiotics in a rice or soy based formula....not dairy. You have to visit a health food store to get that unless your local grocery store carries it.
Good luck! Learn to listen to your body.

Looking at KFC effect, I would like to suggest you to go for homemade freshly prepared soft food. If required, you may need to add antibiotic medicine. I hope, if you mange with this food for 2-3 days, then you would be able to satisfy your taste bud later.

You are young, I think, but with time and with experience you will learn to 'read' your body's messages (hopefully not garbled)...and respond to them. LOL
Once your insides settle down, after some time, you could try to reintroduce dairy...just a tiny bit at a time and see how you tolerate it. If your traditional foods (maybe Pakistani?...) include milk, you will want to be able to eat them. But for the moment, just go easy on anything rough on the insides like dairy and fried, salty foods.
Personally, I use only almond milk in my tea and coffee...but if I am out visiting someone or in a café, I am stuck and I do have milk. But I end up sneezing, my nose running and coughing about 20 minutes later. If I were to drink milk or eat dairy products every day, then the symptoms would get worse. I will even take a small baby food jar of almond milk with me if I am going to visit someone.
Another reason I don't like to drink/eat dairy is because my body is telling me (clear message) that it is reacting to a food that it does not want inside the body. So I am in essence fighting with my body by ingesting dairy. We want to be good to our bodies so that they run well. It's like putting the wrong petrol in your car. It may be sluggish or act up in some way. You want to always feel your best.
You are young so it's good to learn early on to look to lifestyle solutions rather than drugs to address health issues. Doctors are often quick to prescribe drugs but side effects come with them. They are not good for the body although sometimes you have no choice but to take them. Ideally, you want to treat your body well (your body is your temple) so that you will not need drugs down the road.
You might just have some food poisoning. Keep everything refrigerated. Nothing should be left out on counters, even for 10 minutes... especially in the summer heat. Put a fridge thermometer in your fridge (for safety reasons...good to have) and make sure it is below 40 Fahrenheit.
Good luck, Yaseen!
