Stool Test Negative But I See Worms in Stool!

Posted , 208 users are following.

I'm almost certain I have worms, I just don't know what kind. So I've been having gastro symptoms for over 5 months now. Colonoscopy, blood work and ultrasound all came back normal. My first stool test came back negative 2 weeks ago. Symptoms include pressure/bloating in the belly, burning sensation/heat and diarrhea/constipation, etc. My doctor is pretty useless and isn't even curious to see my pix but here they are what do you guys think? At first I saw small oval off-white objects like rice grains which I suspected to be eggs. Then later on they turned into cone-like shapes with a little strand of hair on the end and darker in color but lately I've been seeing what I think are the actual worms with bigger and longer stringy bodies in my stool. I'm sorry these pix are quite disgusting but I just want to get some feedback. These are definitely parasites right?! imageimageimageimage

Thanks so much!

Tim

You cannot really go to Western med doctors for anything exploratory/outside of rhe norm. I wanted a hormone panel once & my GP MD wouldn't do a panel. I highly recommend you visit a naturopath, and/or an acupuncturist. Any alternative medicine practitioner really. Those people healed me & actually made me better! And they trust you & don't make you feel crazy for feeling like something isn't right. Good luck ✨

I have been dealing with the exact same thing for over a month. Went to the doctor. Had ultrasound, fecal test, and urea breath test. I was diagnosed with H Pylori. Was prescribed 3 medications and have to go back to the doctor for a follow-up this week. I'm still seeing weird stuff so I'm not sure if I've been diagnosed correctly or is what I'm seeing bacteria from infection of H Pylori. 😩

Hello, for 2 years been going through similar things. I went from doctor to doctor and everything was clear. nauseated, hot flashes, night sweats, stomach cramps, even have videos of movement throughout my body. I went to a holistic pharmacy a year ago when no Dr would even believe it could be a parasite. started a cleanse which made what was inside finally show in stools. I got treated for a pork tapeworm but it didn't complete aside from the feelings with my head. now a year later I'm back to where I was but its more complicated because my body has been through so much. h pylori 4 times, over 10 uti' s for no explained reason back to back treatment. Amongst other infections. kidney infection after infection which cause kidney damages Every time i get one. Finally set up to see the infectious disease specialist yet, I know it's more complicated because it's to my head. I doubted what I knew after being turned away a million times and procrastinated. Now I'm fighting for my health and life because in the physician words "the tapeworm has crossed the biological barrier" I would suggest fighting for your health and life. Keep going because we ought to know or own bodies and when something isn't right. You'll be turned away more then listen to but these parasite have the ability to travel after while and something simple can become complicated, even life or death.

to add to this I've experienced to. US doctors for the most part are just not good and ignorant about parasitic infections. they seem to think there's some border where people in the US don't get them and it's total ****.

I honestly wouldn't even bother with infectious disease doctors on this unless they are unique. from what I understand Doctor Cahill in NY who must be in his 80's now is one of the last US medical parisitologists there is that you. can make appointments with.

I find it kind of disturbing and I've been sick for years myself and with lyme disease along with whatever else I may have. still trying to figure it out though.

They appear to be nematodes. Which is a parasite. I had a comprehensive stool test done and that is what they found. I have tried to put the web site I went to in here but they keep removing it. Google the test and follow the instructions to a tee and you will find your answer. Now, I have been "de-worming" since July 19th. The meds are making them come out but does not seem to be removing them. I will continue to search for a "cure" until I find my answers!

how did you get a comprehensive test? how would i go about getting one? Im a single woman and i work a crappy min wage job, i have gov. insurance and cant afford all the fancy proticals that are available, though i wish i could. I recently got prescribed a antibiotic and experienced a bit of fluke die off. They were coming out in droves, in all developmental stages. Im afraid to go to doctors bc i once got pink slipped bc they thought i was crazy. I forced them to look at my pictures but they didnt know what they were looking at. To them i was a crazy woman showing them pictures of my doodoo. 😞

I agree with Shesa. I almost want to narrow it down to a specific moment, at a specific TacoBell, at a specific truck-stop in Missouri. I believe it was due to under-cooked/contaminated food. Beef, or possibly pork. I think 'roundworms' might be the more common term. Someone recently said, "well all of their food is pre-cooked." Yes, this might be true, but the food processing plant may have improperly prepared it.

Also, I could've gotten this even earlier than I suspected. Could've been food that I under-cooked myself. Maybe it took time before the symptoms started. I think treatment can help, but to be honest, after the infection has remained for a long time, you may have to do some serious life changes. Something I've be reluctant to do. Some of us may even get re-infected not once, but multiple times. We would hope that normal hygiene would prevent that, but we aren't all raising our own food, or cultivating our own crops.

Caprylic acid is a must. Can be found in coconut oil. I'd like to try (but haven't yet) caprylic acid supplements. I've heard good things about oregano oil. However, nothing has worked like a "cure". Not for me. Change your lifestyle (juice diet, detox, gluten-free, keto, etc.), but I haven't. I do to some degree, but never enough apparently.

I believe, if one were to go on a strict diet for about a month or so, then fast for a couple days, and take some of the things I mentioned, along with high anti-oxidant fruits and vegetables (beets, papayas, cherries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.), you just might kick it out for good, but I'd recommend at the very least continuing at least 2 teaspoons of coconut oil every night for 3 months, if not 6 months.

Join the club, unfortunately. The doctors here are awful, they don't have critical thinking skills, they just memorize crap from textbooks.

i think you may have flukes. i could be wrong though. they almost look like the Chinese fluke which are skinier than other types.

my test came back positive for ring worm. i went to an internal Dr. she would not even look at the test results or the sample i brought in! i ended up leaving her office. the problem is there is NO Dr. to treat me. i am going to try the Cleveland Clinic. i will let you know.

Ringworm is a fungus. Nothing to do with worms. That's probably why there is no doctor who will treat you for internal parasites due to a positive cutaneous fungal test.
