Stopped sertraline after only 6 days due to bad side effects

I started 50mg sertraline for anxiety 12 days ago, I stopped taking them after day 6 as couldn't hack the side effects, now I'm worried that it's done more harm than good, I keep thinking I've damaged myself by stopping and wish I never started in the first place! Back at the Dr's Wednesday, just looking for some reassurance, I have a strange feeling in my nose other than the over thinking I'm fine.

    Hi.. I am on my 6 day of sertraline... Nd it is too much for me... The side affects are horrible... Never again!! I am planning on stopping this med tmrw I don't wana take it anymore!! How did it go for you when you just stopped... I told my Dr how.I was feeling nd he told me well just stop taking them lol... Like wow thanks Okk!! Help please
