another update no noticeable changes maybe it was the case that my skin was kind of like that to begin with my skin is white and pretty light complected so any white or reddish spots tend to look maybe a bit more noticable and just wanted to say that I tried rubbing fresh aloe after showering on spot for a small while and definitely noticed an improvement while using the aloe.

Just wanted to throw my hat in the ring here. I've been silently referring to this thread for the past couple of months as I've had the same thing. I've been to multiple doctors, all of whom either didn't know what it was or said that it was non-concerning (which is hard to believe when your penis is changing colors).

But i read on another thread on this site that coconut oil could help, so I tried that and it seems to be clearing up! Best I can figure is that it was an allergic reaction or dryness and just kept getting worse with different soaps, colder climate, and frequent use. I was also drinking and vaping heavily so that may have caused some issues. I was also on antibiotics for a UTI (non-STI, they tested for everything).

So I still don't know exactly what caused it, but coconut oil seems to be helping.

I have this same thing. It looks like I could have taken these photos myself.

I'm a 36 y/o white male, also circumsized. I noticed one or two of these as a teenager and never thought anything of it.

Over the last year, they have become more pronounced, and now they are on my arms and chest. To me they look like bier spots. They go away with an erection or when I take a hot bath, but always come back immediately.

I've been to a dermatolgist who confirmed its not a skin issue, not a fungal issue, nothing topical. She said it is a blood flow issue and blamed it on my Raynaud's Syndrome, but personally I do not agree.

Raynaud's causes my toes to lose blood when they are cold, and its always the whole toe. Raynaud's also hurts. These are just spots that do not hurt, and its not the entire penis (like it would be if it were my Raynaud's).

Primary care doc also thought it was my Raynaud's. He referred me to a vascular specialist who specializes in Raynaud's who was also perplexed because he doesn't usually see these spots in Raynaud's patients.

Not only is this embarassing sexually, but I also have them on my arms and chest. They look like bier spots to me, but none of the doctors agree. Truly concerned and nonone can give me straight answers. Had a ton of blood tests run to check for autoimmune diseases, and everything turned out normal.

I had a similar issue a while ago, definitely looks like lichen planus to me. I saw a dermatologist who diagnosed it for me. she prescribed me cream which cleared up straight away. I hope this helps 👍
