Straw poll - when were you completely pain free post op ?

I am keen to find out when you were entirely pain/twinge free as in completely better? No muscle twinges, aches no sore thighs etc and you could basically do anything and everything without the slightest twinge including getting in and out of bed with ease, walking for miles without paying the price etc? Back to work and not feeling exhausted. When did you feel entirely and completely normal?
I would rather know conclusively rather than hoping every week
I feel today this is an endless road and I can't even see the end ???? My husband has a severe chest infection, and is very ill, my little ones are at home ( one is not well ) and I am finding it very hard to look after everyone like this - when will I be completely back on form? The exhaustion is really taking its toll

Well i hope it works well but due to having a curved spine because of my hips and bad knees due to a physio who messed me up haha. I hope the op goes well but because of the extent and difficulty of it im not going to get my hopes up quite yet x

Getting rid of at least one terrible pain is progress, and hopefully once that is done you can see what is left, if anything (hopefully not) and you might be a in a much better place than you thought. I do hope so given your age Sarah.
You are having a bad day too? Must be in the air

However my family life and life in general does not allow me to put my feet up, ever, even when I know I probably should have done hours ago and so it is demanding, so I was wondering when I will be able to do this easily ....as life doesn't stop still...although today I wish it would

Having said that I can't complain because I am pain free for most of the day and can actually sleep now (I couldn't before) and feel so much better than I could have dreamed off before my operation. Just being able to enjoy being completely pain free is a joy in itself isn't it
