    Morning

    I think we need to put ourselves first and then look after our family.I am very lucky I have wonderful children (grown up now) we are very close and a great husband.

    My family are my life.

    For the first time in 20 years of been a teaching assistant SEN I have not been in to school over the holiday break.I have stayed at home and rested when I need to. Kaz you are a very wise women.Thank you Mace

      Aww Anne, just take it easy and don't be hard on yourself. It is so easy to overdo things, you just have to shrug your shoulders and get plenty of rest, and try not to do it next time, and the time after that, and the one after that lol 😊

      Hi Anne120284 dont be hard on yourself we have all done it, then paid for it after. we just get so frustrated at times and just want to get on and do things. rest up today just do what you can when you can a little bit at a time take care ps your not stupid weve all done it hun x
