subutex detox

my last dose was 4 or 5 days ago im weak as a kitten and as being depressed iv barely moved off sofa for 2yrs iv heard excercise helps if I took cocodamol to help me up an about for 2 days will I detox again

    did you see that they changed sh word lol wondered why it took a while to get to you.I will stay in touch for sure. Never know we might meet up one day. Good luck at the gym. I went with my daughter to a spinning class and no word of a lie my legs were like jelly and she had to pull me up when i sat down after cause just couldnt get up and a taxi home lol. I just got a WII and WII fit see how i get on, or even start, with that. Was thinking about going grass track racing tomorrow ,not sure now cause id borrowed a sat nav but had to give it back so worried i'll get lost its in Danebury  not sure where that is up the M1 some where. I'll ley you know how i get on . How you feeling today, do you sleep alright? must be getting easier now hey. Bordom doesn't help does it cause you kno what its like when u use all your times taken up getting the money waiting to score etc etc. Take care honey speak to you tomorrow xx

      yes we may meet up 1 day that wud be nice, on day 17 , had bit of hop days 10,11 but ap so frustrating , most people say it can take at least 90 days omg, my 10 yr old driving me mad even threw a fonr0e at his 22yr old sister got my eldest son up to av a word but he starting again , roll on school 2moz. I remember me n my husband went to london in 2001 no sat nav got there ok m6 then m1 I think but on way back we ended up in norfolk lol. another time we fell asleep an crashed into central barrier on mw an had to wait on hard shoulder to be moved ttill a friend from bury brought tools as we no money or no1 to lend any it was hrs and freezin cold any way hope to keep in touch ta for being there xxx

    your getting there now honey, i see that you spoke to ashley aswell, really feel for her bless her. She's in a catch twenty two, its so hard when thered two of you to get clean. Can't get use to being back yet and missed the chemist yesterday so didnt get take out for today either probably get called in tomorrow.Hope not i just want to get on with it. take care got to go rescue the chicken xx

      mmm I could eat a sunday dinner, I hope u dont suffer too bad till chemist open, I missed twi cos I had a few from cutting down, the chemist refused me and made me go for urine test I was mad as not used for yrs heroin I mean. glad out of all that , anyway in pain wiv womens probs so hope ul be ok spk soon , yes feel really soz for ashley poor thinh and I thi nk I got it bad spk soon xx

    Hi hows it going, I saw your thing about being a registered drug addict. I didn't know you could be but if your registered with a clinic or whatever for a scipt then i suppose you are then, would have thought it would go once you were clean. Are you off the sofa and feeling any better in yourself. Hope so. Christmas soon hey what do you get up too. Have you got family locally xxx

      its nice to hear from u im lot better achy legs an no energy but didnt have much b4 lol, wanted to go an get pi**ed tonite but my few friends r not into drinkin or in recovery for drink , all I need is a nite out and bitta sex lol even tho im single , not doin much at xmas in fact dunno u? yes all my kids r local my mum lives in malta, got a surprise on fb yesterday found out got 2 hslf bros an half sis , only spoke to1 he seemed cool, have u got family nr u ? ps police came today n give me n my 10 yr son a warning , cos this woman rings em everytime kids fite theyre used toher my lad was swinging his scooter an hit hers by acc he apologised but she flew here gobbing of so I tryed to apol but d

      she ranted police this school rara so I sed move of my step or il punch u , im never like this , anyway pollce warned jamil and told me b careful wot I say, I cudnt punched a teddy felt so weak lol hows the meth drop going xxx

      Hi anita dont no y u didnt get my last message , I never put antthing bad in it hope u feeling better, im a bit better now , not doing out special at xmas im buying a ps4 at£350 fot my youngest and it will clean me out in fact lending sum cash off my daughter all my kida r within 3 mile radius so thats good , unfortunately my 2nd son will still b in jagil but cant do nothinb bout that, will u spend xmas with ur daughter , is dhe ur only child,my mum is in malta shes coming visiting in nov so that ok, if u dont get my last mess later il explain if I can wot I sed , look after urself lisa xxx

    You nutter yeah you have to be so bloody carefull wot u say theses days lol. Dads coming oer on 22nd november and staying over christmas ,will probably see Kelly some time but not sure when. Still not heard about my licence, told my dad about it now though which i was really worried about.Ment to be picking him up from the airportt. Don't think its going to be ok ive heard you have to be on 40mls of meth and clean for a year on that. WAit and see wot happens anyway . im not using so they can test me when i go to see my keyworker on 30thoct. Haent got that huse i was looking at they want someone who has connections loal to that area. Oh well i ll stay here for now and do abit more to the place. im bored, theres nothing to do. speak later take care xx

    Hi Lisa hows things? Wot you been up to?Ive still not heard anything from DVLA, yet.Don't want to spaeak too soon though you know wot i mean.Ive been getting bit bored, made some rhubarb crumble ice cream today mmmm yummy lol. thats how bored im getting. I do like cooking though and just got a new mixer so need to check it out, putting on loads of wieght through boredom.Dad will be over in a few weeks now,love him staying but not too sure if this might be little too long lol. getting told off and that lol. let me know how your doing xx
