Hi I just want to know what would happen if I took 28 sertraline and 28 zopiclone with alcohol

    Hello, Sarah and Sharon!

    My apologies for just logging in.  I work at a museum and it's been a busy day, so I just now read today's email string.  Sarah, please stop being so hard on yourself, and allow yourself time to be happy again.  We are not professional health care givers, and I really don't know the right thing to say, other than to say, straight from the heart, be kind to yourself.  (I'll have to leave my computer for a bit...a toddler just picked up a precious 19th century artifact.  Yikes!)

    Hi Sarah, I hope this reaches you. I'm not a fluffy person, I am quite rude and honest sometimes to honest. I've been reading your thread for a few days now. I too have been low enough to consider suicide but decided against it. I've watched loved ones die when they didn't have a choice. You do. You leave loved ones behind to grieve and it's horrible. Please try and work through your problems bit by bit, it seems you have some very caring people here who want to help, accept it, we all feel you pain. X

    What do you think happens when you are dead Sarah?

    Are you sure that all your problems will go away?

    There would havs to absolute nothingness for this to be the case?

    Hi I just want to say thank you to everyone for helping me buy I can't do this anymore my life is falling apart very quickly and I just can't cope anymore I'm giving up

      That is the wrong decision.  Sarah, you better than most people, understand depression.  You can help others with this knowledge.  Kids, teenagers sometimes feel the same way and have the same thoughts.  You get it.  You can help other people work their way back to happiness.  Stop looking so closely at yourself.  There's a big world out there that needs somone like you to support them.  Stop feeling sorry for yourself and find joy helping someone else.  You have a job to do. We care about you, Sarah. It's time to turn your focus to helping someone else now.  Talk to you tomorrow!
