Hi I just want to know what would happen if I took 28 sertraline and 28 zopiclone with alcohol

      Yeah I had to go to ane last night because I tried to end my life and I'm going to keep trying till I achieve in ending my life

      I saw a mental health worker and told them that I am suicidal and I've made attempts on my life and will keep on doing so and they just sent me home

    Oh dear.

    Why don't you go and sit in the sunshine tomorrow, go for a walk along the river or in the park.

    Try and do some pleasant things tomorrow for yourself.

    Good morning Sarah and Sharon!

    Today is Mother's Day in the U.S., so I can only chime in once today.  (Need to do some quick cleaning!)  I am so happy to have found you two as friends.  Sharon's advice is great...let's all go outside and feel the joy of the sun.  We have mini donkeys, a mini horse, geese and a pretty crazy little goat, waiting for me outside.  Think I'll take the coffee cup out with me and relax a bit.  Friendship is a blessing.  Talk to you tomorrow, friends!

    there are worse things that suicide , like dont been able to complete the act and end in a coma or brain damage and having people to take care of you the rest of your life. there is girl here where i live , she tried to hang herself, some body rescue her. she didn't die and now she cant talk or walk and will be in a wheel chair for the rest of her life, just b/c of bulling at school. a pity.

    no mattter how things are today, tomorrow will be better.

      Its gets better Sarah. Are you healthy at the moment. Think about ppl. that  

      are trying to stay alive even tho they have horrible diseases, children fifgting 

      for their life.

      Im a cancer survivor and when I was really depresed, my Dr took me to the 

      pediatric ward to meet kids with cancer, believe me my depresion stop that day. This was 20 years ago. Give life a chance.
