Hi I just want to know what would happen if I took 28 sertraline and 28 zopiclone with alcohol

    Good morning, from Arizona!  Mothers Day here in the U.S. is always special, but yesterday was extra fun.  Flowers are in full bloom this time of year, so we all sat near the garden under a palm tree sipping lemonade.  The perfect day!  While we were enjoying each others company, my mind kept wandering to all of you.  Wishing you happiness today and everyday, Sarah!  Well, it's off to work at the museum.  Blessings to all!

      Yes Sarah, hope today is OK!

      Those of us who suffer with depression can mostly hope for ok days! We may also have Good Days or Bad Days! Lol..ish!

      The point is that we are worthy of those better days and should NOT beat ourselves up when we have bad days!

    Hi Sarah!  On a personal note from the heart, I am a quiet Christain and have found comfort in prayer when life becomes overwhelming.  Sometimes a simple prayer for peace brings tremendous comfort.  At night, I ask God to take hold of my problems so I can rest. In the morning, when he gives them back to me, they are always lighter and managable.   All of us on this blog, care about you, Sarah.  My hope for you is that you find peace and happiness in life.  You may find comfort in a simple prayer for peace tonight. It's worth a try!  Talk to you tomorrow.
