so I just had an endoscopy yesterday and the Dr found some mild inflammation / superficial gastritis.. didn't recommend even taking anything for it...
But how exactly do you get rid of this crap?Even though its mild it still bothers me. 😒

I got rid of my gastritis when I introduced oats and replaced cows milk with organic oat milk to my daily diet. This settled it down within 2 weeks after years of misery.
