Are there any women here who have gone through Menopause from Hell, and are now finished with it? If so, please give us something to look forward to.

    I have 3 friends in their early seventies that I have met through my holidays in Mallorca and we meet for a meal out maybe once a month. They are so funny and have me giggling with tales of their antics. They are mischievous and flirty with waiters and feisty. They are strong and know their own minds which I think is something we all fear of losing. They will be the first to say that life after menopause isn't the same, like toddler to teen, we will be different, but wiser, independent, and enjoying the rest of your life. Accepting the 'change' is half the battle. Easy for me to say,  I'm 57.( but 47 in my head) I know a lot of you are in your 40's  which does seem young to be thinking of your 'final' years but look forward, there is still fun to be had!
