Yes, I have same symptom. Feels like it's on "roof" of throat. Can be linked to stress anxiety etc.

Yes. It can be but get checked. The throat can become inflammed due to our hormones but I have seen 2 Consultants and blood test and x ray of my neck 😊. All clear in my case.
