Swollen lymph nodes for 6 months, help?????!

Okay so around may I had this strange feeling like something was stuck in my throat. Saw my ent who put the camera down my nose and said it all was good. Well this was right at the beginning of May. I developed what felt like several swollen lymph to me. One behind my ear which feels kind of hard and others directly down under my jaw that are big soft and very mobile. They do not hurt. I have been to my doctor so many times over this. I've been to the emergency room. Ive saw different doctors. I even went back to my ent and he said he felt a little one but no cause for concern. I asked for an.ultrasound he said if it makes me feel better. They said it came back normal. They always say there's nothing there. My primary doctor said that until about a month ago she FINALLY felt what I'm talking about. So she ordered a CT of my neck. Which she says she believes the lymph nodes are acting up due to my tonsils. She has said all along how big my tonsils are and my throats red. But none of it hurts.the ct revealed two enlarged nodes on the right side where I'm always complaining and one on the right side. They were all around 2 ish cms. The radiologist even commented on how big my tonsils were and he suggested they're reactive nodes rather than cancerous. Which is what I've been so worried about all these months. I am always tired but I also have something called SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) this started around the same time as the nodes in my neck. It'd s bacterial over growth in the small intestine. I have abnormal stools, gas, etc. Its hard to treat I'm on my 2nd round of antibiotics for it and no improvements I know I have it though. I tested positive for it. So I'm feeling with that also. I have taken antibiotics which have done nothing for me for my stomach issues or the lymph nodes. I was referred to a different ent for the end of this month. She said if he doesn't think its my tonsils then she would send me for a biopsy only to calm my nerves. I've had blood work numerous times just two weeks ago too all is normal. Ive had head ct scan, neck, stomach also had chest x ray and stomach x ray. MRI of head. Blood work for mono, Lyme disease, celiac, etc all negative. Doctor said if she thought it was cancerous she would have sent me on somewhere by now. I just wondered if anyone had any similar experiences or could shed some positive light my way. I'm almost 21 with a 7 month old baby. I've never had anything wrong with me so this is difficult. Also had my wisdom teeth removed, and nodes are still there. Any feedback is nice. I know no one here can diagnosis just looking for feedback. Thanks

I am a stage 4 grade 3b follicular B cell lymphoma cancer survivor. I had huge lymph nodes all over my body especially in my neck and I'm talking almost tennis ball sized. I had night sweats, diarrhea, extreme fatigue and and was dropping weight despite how much I ate. It was so widespread that it moved out of my lymph glands and into my right lung, right kidney, spleen, liver, intestines and my bones. It hurt to walk for over 30 yards and I would be out of breath like I had just sprinted a long distance. To find out anything for sure you need a Pet Scan with contrast. The contrast will light the active cancer up on the screen because it's metabolizing the contrast. I still have to have them every 6 months because non Hodgkins is known to come back with a vengeance sometimes. I've been in remission for two years and it took me 1 year to put it into remission. If the nodes hurt it most likely is not cancer. Mine had no feeling at all and were super hard and immobile. They were prominent and even visible in most places. I had it for years before I realized I even had it. It was always misdiagnosed as a random infection or tooth infection. The good thing is that most lymphoma's are slow acting so it won't kill you overnight or next year but be wise and get checked out by a specialist just incase because most family practices do not recognize it very often. 3 overlooked it on me until I went to an oncologist and had them look at it and run proper tests.

kmbrown: If you or your doctors think that taking anti-biotics for SIBO, or any other gut, or digestive problems, is a good idea, well, that is just insane. The anti-biotics are likely the "cause' for theso-called gut diseases. If you continue to go to these kinds of doctors, you are going to be sick for life.
The human body is made up of 90% bacteria, GOOD Bacteria. We are more of a bacteria farm that we are human.
Your digestive systems needs many different strains of good bacteria to function normally. So, the more antibiotics you take, which kills ALL bacteria indiscriminently, then you will never get well, will continue to suffer, develop symptom elsewhere in the body, of possibly other diseases, because bodily functions will not operate correctly without our benefical symbiotic bacteria friends. At this point, if you continue to take antibiotics at all, you will eventually develop MRSA which is basically antibiotic resistant germs that infect cuts, etc, and they never heal.
I learned all this first hand after I wasted 10 years of my life going to doctors and living on the couch becauei was just so tired all the time. I felt worse after I ate anything and would need to go lie down. I had several series of Antibiotics over the course of a year. I developed boils and zits and large lumps, or tumor looking things around and in the Labia, Vulva and groin area and the Doctors did not have a clue as to why, (I assume there are lymph glands there) I developed 9 ulcers, Irritible Bowel Syndrome, Diverticulosis, my hair started falling out and grew depressed and somewhat obese. The doctors kept piling on more drugs & gave me dietary restrictions, none of which worked. Looking back I realized just what a miserable waste of time that was.
I finally 'woke up' to the situation one day while I was discussing my current plethora of "disease manifestations" with my Doctor and mentioned that I read online that the Nexium (protonpump inihibitor) or ulcer pills, were only supposed to be prescribed for no more than a few weeks at a time, while I had been on any one of five different brands conintuously for 30 years. I queried why they allowed my to continue and continue to prescribe them to me for so long and why it never occurred to "them" that they might be a major contributing factor in my current state of terrible health? I can't remember the exact words of his reply, as this was over 8 years ago, but I do remember having a "light bulb over the head moment" realizing that he didn't know what he was talking about and was just faking, blustering his way through it. He was a specialist in digestive diseases! and yet I was getting worse while being treated by him and he told me something that absolutely contradicted the web MD science studies posted online and millions of people with thier personal experiences and testimonies.
It occurred to me that there was likely much more information I could learn for myself, and just remove the incompetent middlemen from the equation.
I have never looked back.
I started taking 1 good multi-strain probiotic (to replenish the good gut bacteria) every morning before I ate anything, still do. I also take a good digestive enzyme supplement with every cooked meal. It makes me unhappy to see or think about anyone having to suffer from these completely preventable and easily curable diseases. I cannot stress stronfly enough that "run" and get both those supplements immediately, before you develop more long termmanifestations of "disease."
Many problems of the digestive tract develop when food does not digest properly and just ferments along the intestinal tract. People who take antibiotics will eventually destroy alltheir good gut bacterina, their immune system and destroy their health.
Those two supplements alone changed my life! I also, changed my diet, quit eating all processed, prepared or prepackaged food. I cut out ALL dairy, ALL sugar, ALL wheat and most grains, I stopped eating meat, and drank only distilled water, a lot of it every day. (We have been misled about distilled water too) Distilled water does NOT leach organic minerals from our bodies. However, it has certain molecular properties that attract and bind with NON-organic compounds & minerals and aids in flushing them out as waste. Just watch any one of the 1,000's of videos on Youtube about Distilled Water, then watch several more as well as start eating fresh whole foods, grown organically and without GMO's (genetically modified organisms) The pesticides, especially Glyphosate from the non-organic produce causes cancer, and many other terrible diseases on the way to your grave and GMO's have been linked again, in 1,000's of studies to gut diseases and tumors. Does anyone see the correlation here?
After a short time of said diet changes, I was able to go cold turkey off of 8 daily pharmaceutical medications, one at a time, starting at the beginning of each month. I started feeling much better. The digestive symptoms and physical disease manifestations had disappeared. The symptoms of my 9 ulcers had disappeared. I dropped 30 lbs in within 6 months without even batting an eye. I wasn't trying to lose weight, I was just concentrating on eating and drinking only the healthiest things I could. I later felt well enough that I started walking for 20 then 30 minutes everyday.
I have spent upwards of 16 hours a day since, over 8 years, researching and learning about Health and how to keep it and maintain it, (NOT Disease and how to mask it and live with it.) I have forgotten more than most Doctors know about Nutrition, as they only get about 10 hours of nutrition class in their very long medical malpracise training. The AMA is not constructed to cure people or save lives. As with all Corporations these days, they only care about profit. A patient who keeps coming back is very profitable.
I suggest you start taking Probiotics and Digestive Enzymes immediately, and also start drinking a lot of Distilled Water to help flush out those free radicals and toxins that have built up in your body due to all that undigested food and all those chemicals in processed food.
(90% of disease is due either to toxic overload or nutrient/vitamin deficiencies. Disease does NOT just "happen" to a person without a cause. It is the same with cancer.

Organic Fruits and Vegetables, Herbs & Spices are Medicine, natural Organic Medicine that the body can actually use and benefit from. The less adulterated, in any way, the more heathy 'plant food' will be for you, especially if it it gets its start in life in organic, mineral/nutrient enriched soil, and isn't one of those hybrid or GMO seeds.
Detox, Eat Organic ONLY, and avoid all man made or adulterated foods. If you must eat meat, make sure that it is humanely, organically grown. I KNOW that you won't take my word about all of this and the fact that the above will change your life if you commit to it, so the only way to get stoked about it is to do your own research, start watching all the videos you can about Nutrition and Detoxing, what to avoid, and learn about the value of Probiotics and Digestive Enymes and for God's Sake, get off Big Pharma Drugs and stay away from Doctors!

Hi I was wondering if anyone has found their diagnosis from this? I am 21 and have been dealing with this for 3+ months. It started out with swollen tonsils very red. Doctor thought it was strep until it came back negative. My white blood cell count was higher than normal and no bacteria found. So they told me they think I have a virus but no idea which one. Now going on 4 months I still have swollen tonsils not red but swollen, lymph nodes in my neck mainly, the ones in groin and armpit come and go. I get so many blood tests done and comes back fine. Got checked for limes desease, mono, sifilis and all is negative. I feel like I have to try to diagnose myself since doctors keep telling me I am okay and my body will fight the "virus" off itself. I've never had a fever. It's so weird I've never delt with anything like this before. Also, my thyroid is fine as well. Please reply, anything will be helpful
