Those sound like the bodies response to Andrenaline and therfore all sound normal and resonate with many who have anxiety / panic attacks. The key is to ensure that its not something else that may be causing this and the best person to tell you that [normally] is the Dr.

But I have experienced all of the ones you have and they all subside or totally go away when the attack finishes

I've been to the doctors & took myself to a&e countless times & they just say it's my anxiety. I used to be on beta blockers but they did nothing so then I started to manage it by myself. I can have months where I'm ok & out of nowhere my anxiety will come back full force. I've put myself back on sertraline this week it's got that bad. My anxiety ruins me so much as a person I can't think or talk about anything else when it gets this bad

So take the positive in that - so far as none of the tests have given you real cause for worry. The challenge you have now is understanding the anxiety and then dealing with it

I get all the symptoms you have mentioned not very nice I know.

Anxiety thrives of fear so you have to try and stay calm

Exercise and meditation are good and distracting yourself when an attack comes on

Im in the middle of a CBT course at the moment and I find it very useful it helps you control your anxiety

    Stay Strongcool

In the past. Some years back when i had anxiety, but not the health anxiety. I used to read books by Lucinda Basset. She even has a series of tapes that help anxiety. Think I need to dust mine off.

Hi,I am so sorry for what you are going through. It is so hard. It consumes a person. I know. I have health anxiety brought on by confirmed health issues and at the moment I feel trapped as I am not living my life. I mostly stay home and avoid as much as I can. Even things I love to do. Its almost June and Ive missed most of spring which Ilove. I have become hypersensitive to every symptoms to the point that it consumes me. You arent alone. Its mind boggling how many people suffer from health anxiety. I hope you can find some peace in knowing there are others going through this awful anxiety. I wish you nothing but the best and hope you get the anxiety under control. I am scared I wont as at the moment its consumeing me. I think my husband is about out of patience.Xx

Im the same at the moment all I want to do is be at home I don't have the patience for dealing with other people & day to day situations. I used to think I had a brain tumour when the headaches started I was taking myself to a&e demanding they did a head scan. I've diagnosed myself with MS at tines when my arms & legs have felt that weak. Is it very fustrating for family members to have to deal with & tbh they don't fully understand how bad it can get. I hope you can tackle your anxiety & get yourself better very soon. Xx

My friend posted something about MS today. And I'm not familiar with it so I started googling. And now I've self diagnosed myself with it. And I'm freaking out. I feel very heavy lately. My head is so dizzy. All I want to do is sleep but I've also been in the start up process of Zoloft the past few weeks so it could be it. I just feel like I'm in a constant fog. And lately when I haven't ate for like 2 hours I get so lightheaded as if I'm diabetic and I start panicking due to low blood sugar. But I got it tested and it's perfect even when fasting for the test. I'm new to this whole "health anxiety" thing. I have panic disorder but I'm starting to think I have health anxiety too. I'm always worried about what's going on in my body. I'm too aware of things
