Hi, I'd like to ask those who have one of these two lesnes. Are you experiencing and night-time visual issue, e.g. Positive Dysphotopsia or you are fine? I'm just curious if there are any guy without issues like mine...
Not asking about Symphony etc.

Hi Adam,
I had the Eyhance implanted on my left distance eye and Tecnis mono on the right, i struggled with various Dysphotopsia's for quite a while, i felt both eye's experienced the same amount of Dysphotopsia
my main issues were:
I also ended up with a refractive error on my left & right so my distance vision was poor. For 2 years i struggled with most of these symptoms.
My only reprieve was when i opted to go for the Rayner Sulcoflex Piggyback Lens, inserted on both eyes, this has greatly resolved most of my Dysphotopsia issues and funny enough also the starbursts.
Hope this helps
regards
Shaun

dark bands are negative dysphotopsia. it can happen to those with small pupils. they shouldnt have positive dysphotopsia. i dont think a starburst is a positive dysphotopsia.

i believe starbursts, halos and glare are all PD

so is it a general rule that small pupils can cause ND and large PD?

large pupils and PD in general yes. small pupil and some anatomical combinatiom = ND.

everyone see starbursts to an extent even before they get cataracts. the abnormal size of of the starbursts make them PD and for that matter same applied to halos and glare.

FWIW, with an Eyhance in my left, nondominant eye targeted five days ago at -1.97 I'm experiencing no unwanted visual phenomena. I hope that continues and will also be the case with my second eye, scheduled for an Eyhance this August. I'm 73.
