Just wanted to say thanks soooo very much for all you kind

thoughts while Ive been on holidays...we had a wonderful time

with absolutely great weather, we caught up with both our

families...awesome time-very tiring but...finished up with a 5 day

resort stay in Victoria very spoilt and most chillaxing..in all we

drove 3,000 kilometers...boat trip over was really good...anyways

I feel just soo blessed indeed that the rotten fibro and its friends

stayed away...just the exhaustion ...which was ok as I was able to sleep very early and pace myself, once again fibroites thank you

all very much..I really hope your all ok..be blessed and have a

lovely day..I received a few posts and emails but for some reason even though all our hotels had wifi, they did'nt all show up until I got home😍😘😎

    Sounds like a wonderful holiday. I am so pleased that the Fibro didn't appear to spoil it! X

    Morning christine pleased to hear you had a wonderful holiday and got home safely. its good to hear that fibro behaved itself. its lovely for you to have caught up with both familys and spend time with them.and an added bonus was the weather was great for you. Hope you have a lovely chilled out day today and a good week. Rest plenty today the driving you did would of been exhausting for you.  Take care christine big hug from me to you xxsmile

      Hiya Kaz..its 10 past 9pm here..slept😴 like a baby last night...

      quite a cold day here too, the good weather certainly didnt folow us home..poor you with the pain, hope it subsides really soon, im still a tad exhausted, but thats easy remedied...a bit sore from sitting in the car too long, but its just the norm...but NO FIB PAIN...YAY..have a lovely day kaz, lots of hot water bottles..be blessed and have a lovely day😍😚

    morning christine how are you today? hope you slept well last night. Hope you start to feel less tired.I find going out in the car both painful and very tiring it always knocks me about. All the driving you did Im not surprised your so tired, rest plenty. weather here is wet and gloomy. Hope all is well your end. hope you have a lovely day today take care gentle hugs xxsmile

      Getting great sleeps and plenty of it...thanks kaz😴.its sitting in the car that does me in too..even though i have special neck

      pillow and a back brace..im fine at the time,, but like all of us

      we pay later...but I'm very happy with how I am, considering I

      really pushed it..its been funny weather here today..from really warm to freezing cold...but it was Noah day today so we had a great day...especially when he said: I missed you nan....melt

      melt...the he said: did you bring me a present nan....toooo cute..would have been naughty for him to say that normaly, but I didpromise him we would bring him presents..hope your going ok

      kaz and managing some good sleep..it always helps...gentle

      Hi christine your grandson sounds soo cute it was lovely what he said to you bless him. spending time with him is so precious as they grow up so quickly. enjoy every moment with him. Im no good being in a car any more it causes me so much pain. we use to have drives out but dont enjoy them no more. fibro always makes me pay afterwardsrolleyes dont you just love fibro. sleep at the moment is  a bit irratic. weve had a lovely new bed its so comfortable. But still sleep playing up. never mind. hope you have a good nights sleep tonight christine rest up now noahs gone take care big hug from me to you xxsmile

      Hiya kaz...totally agree there, they do groww up quickly, i sleptwell last night its 10 past 9am here weather forcast is rain and

      21 degrees...im quite sore now..grr..soo knew I couldnt get away with too long..its only my muscles ..but its quite sore..i had

      spasms in my legs in the night and my arms this morning,

      Im going to hop in the sauna soon..im really good consudering the driving we done..so sorry that your not

      sleeping too well..hope you have much better days ahead..be

      good morning christine pleased to hear you slept well hun thats always a bonus for us when we get some sleep. sorry to hear your feeling so sore, you have my every sympathy where the spasams are concerned. I had it in my back last night. fibro does like making us pay when we try to do something and have some enjoyment. enjoy your sauna it sounds lovely. I managed to get off to sleep last night only to be woke up, in the night by a couple argueingmad I couldnt get back off to sleep so not a happy bunny. its 9.10am here in the uk and its raining. Im going to get me a cupa and some toast. take care christine hope you have a lovely day rest plenty gentle hugs xx

      Had a lovely day thanks kaz, i had a lovely long sauna and hot

      shower this morning, did nothing else today but rest up..apart

      from a little bit of cooking..pacing myself really carefuly,.feeling much better after the sauna too...yay

      kaz, thats terrible being woken up like that, its hard enough as

      it is to get good sleep without someone else waking you, grrrr..

      Its raining now, forcast tomorrow 24 and rain..we came back

      from holidays to beautiful blooming roses everywhere sooo

      many of them...just at the right time...hope your looking after you be blessed have a lovely day.😚

    hi christine how are you feeling today? hope you slept well. I am in bed I had a bad fall yesterday Ive hurt my arm and hand Im in loads of pain. I dont know why the fall happened, I just went down like a sack of potatoes. my son happened to be home so shouted him for help. I am sleeping on off as had no sleep last because of the pain. hope you have a lovely weekend take care gentle hugs xx

      .O kaz this is justawful, do hope your feeling much better...and on top of fibro...this is it, isnt it...whatever happens to us, is

      multiplied by the fact that we have fibro-and that alone entails soooo much, its always harder and longer for us to get over.gr
