I am so swollen is there anything I can do to get it down!!! Is anyone taking pain killers? I’m in so much pain and itchy ! I’ve had this for 6 months and using a steroid cream. It’s not helping . Has anyone ordered emuaid?

Along with the steroid ointment i use nappy cream zinc and caster oil works really well
