The Weigh-In-Thread

Posted , 10 users are following.

Hi everyone! Thought we might have a weigh-in-thread, to post our weigh-ins every week. I`m always weighing fridays, but you can post whenever you`re weighing in - just to keep us all posted and motivate each other for weightloss smile I also find it exciting to see how much erevyone`s lost from week to week.

?This is how I thought we might do it: Write your date of starting with orlistat, your weight at the time and current weight....and so on.

Here we go:

?

?Starting my weightloss journey 21.2.17: 98 kg!! (approx 217 lbs)

?Weigh-in 28.2: 95,8 kg (2,2 down)

Started Xenical 1.1....

Weigh-in 3.3: 94.8 (1 kg down after 3 days on Xenical)

?Your turn! wink

Hi this is my 5th week on orlistat

I have stayed the same this week but that's me weighing myself at home where normally i have been weighed at the doctors so I am just going to keep going. I have lost 1 stone 5lb in 5 weeks thats 8.6 kg

I am just going to keep going as I still have a long way to go but am happy that im losing as my doctor wasn't sure if I would due to all the medication i am on but every little helps. Going for a loss next week as I have not been eating as much this week so fingers crossed for next week.

I hope everyone is doing well.

Good luck with the healthy eating

Wow! You`re doing great!! 8.6 kg in 5 weeks, that`s just amazing.

Is this your first week staying the same weight? I guess it happens every now and then.

I`ve lost another (almost) kg....I`m happy with the scale moving downwards, as it has never ever done that the past few years.

How much do you have to lose? Me: 15 kg more...

Keep up the good work and god luck to you too!

Ps It`s too quiet in here, don`t you think? ....

    Started 13.2.17 150 kg (330lbs)

    Today's 30.3.17 141.6 kg (312 lbs)

I find I lose weight when I meal plan and stay the same when I don't no matter how much I work out. I go to the gym for 30 minutes 3 times a week and have a 1 hour session once a week.

I also find when I was on my period my weight shot up 5lbs then dropped again the following week. Hoping for a slight loss next weigh in but not expecting a drastic drop. I hope the effects of the pills don't wear off after you use them a while.

I still have the occassional bad binge day (I'm getting much better though) but the dropping number on the scale has kept me going.

Hope everyone else is doing great!!
