the worst day ever

HI folks, hope you are all well,im having the worst day ever, dont quite know whats up but ive had enough of living like this I realy just want to curl up and die, there must be more to life than this madness sad

    Ok, people you know that in order to treat your anxiety problems you must go to a psychiatrist because your primary doctor is not allowed to to prescribe benzos, or sleeping aid. I don't think extreme anxiety or panic attacks can be cure by itselft so look for help. I have been taking celexa for a month and I feel a little bit better but not ok ok.

    hi max. me too having bad time. can barely stand, struggling with pregabalin withdrawal,  feel same way, why do I keep waking up ?  wish someone could wave a magic wand and make everyone feel good again.xx rosie.
