Think am going to die all the time

Wondering if anyone could help a suffer from anxiety for years now but past few weeks a think am going to die all the time to scared to sleep then when a do its time to get up a go through this every day get off off body experience and a get scared that a might die also get sore eyes to but it's just the thought off dying 24/7 it's stuck on my mind thanks for listening am scared because a have 2 kids and a fell silly

But have you had any other help? It sounds to me as if you would really benefit from CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy). This is a kind of therapy that helps you look at why all this is happening and then deal with it for yourself. You might need to take a mild anti-anxiety drug at first, but CBT will help you move away from chemical support.
I don't know which country you're in, but if it's the UK I know CBT is available on the NHS, though waiting lists can be quite long. I really think it would be worth your while to go back to your GP and ask for a referral. Under British law you can insist that your GP refer you to a specialist, though many try to avoid this.
Do you have a support system to take care of your kids, in the event anything did happen to you? I'm not saying anything is going to, but this is something most parents would want to set up anyway, in case of an accident for example. Do you have a partner, or parents who would be able to step in? Sometimes just knowing that everything is under control can help lift your anxiety.
But do go back to your GP and ask about some kind of therapy, preferably CBT, for your kids' sake as well as your own.
