Sorry a bit late but yes! Defo linked with the fibro, I go through cycles where I lose loads and its so thin, I hate it, but it always comes back! Apparently sea kelp tablets help, I do notice a difference when I take them x

Hi Emmyloules - thanks for your comments - you've cheered me up a bit especially the bit about it coming back.  My hair loss has been pretty stable the last year but for the last six weeks or so it's started again and it's really scary.  I can see scalp all over the front and the forehead line has gone back about 2 inches with no hair at all - I have a fringe which hides it a bit but every time I touch my hair I come away with handfuls sad  I'll definitely try sea kelp - it's got to be worth a go.  I've tried biotin, hyaluronic acid capsules, various vitamins, caffeine shampoo, the list is endless but nothing seems really effective.  Just the other night I was watching a tv show about the myths surrounding 'super foods' and apparently blackcurrants are exceptionally good at improving blood flow to muscles etc., so I might hit the Ribena in the hope of helping with the muscle pain and improving blood flow to the hair follicles at the same time, who knows.  Thanks again xx

My hair has always been my shinning glory as I call it, Im going to go for a shorter style and see if that helps, my hair was always shiney and very thick its upsetting how its now gone.

I stopped taking it and the hair loss eased off.  But over the past 2 or 3  years it is much much thinner and every now and then it starts shedding again.  My forehead hair line is really receded now and my hair was always very very thick and  healthy.  the front and crown area are now very 'see through'.  Various doctors have shaken their heads, the same old same old, 'its your age' yada yada.
